The fine print

Kyrza (“Kyrza,” “we,” “us”) runs kyrza.com as a personal maker’s build-journal site. This page explains, in plain language, what data the site touches and the choices you have. We keep it simple because the site is simple: there are no accounts, no logins, and nothing to buy directly from us.
We don’t ask you for personal information. There are no sign-up forms, and we don’t knowingly collect names, emails, or addresses unless you choose to contact us directly (see below). The only routine data collection is anonymous, aggregate website analytics, described next.
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is
used — which pages are popular, roughly where visitors come from, and what
devices they use — so we can make the build journals better. To do this,
Google Analytics sets cookies (small text files stored in
your browser, such as _ga) and collects usage data including
pages viewed, approximate (city-level) location derived from your IP
address, device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. Google
Analytics 4 does not log or store your full IP address.
This data is processed by Google on our behalf; see the Google Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings, or by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Some pages — mainly the Tools & Materials page — contain affiliate links, including links to Amazon. If you click one and buy something, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. When you click an affiliate link, the retailer (for example, Amazon) may set its own cookies to attribute any purchase; that activity is governed by the retailer’s own privacy policy, not ours.
As an Amazon Associate I earn from qualifying purchases.
The site relies on a few third parties whose own privacy policies apply:
You can control or delete cookies through your browser at any time, and use the Google opt-out add-on above to stop analytics entirely. Depending on where you live — for example, in the EEA, the UK, or California — you may have additional rights over your personal data, such as the right to access or delete it. Since we don’t collect personal data beyond anonymous analytics, there’s usually little to act on, but you’re welcome to reach out with any request.
This site isn’t directed at children, and we don’t knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
We may update this page as the site grows or as the tools we use change. The “last updated” date at the top will always reflect the current version.
